How does the Pricing Work?
The more you buy the less you pay. Our prices are based on quantity volume with the minimum being only 144 pieces. For annual purchases on large quantities that you would prefer multiple shipments, please contact us for arrangements
What is included with the price?
All products that are decorated with embroidery include up to 7 colors of thread for the design. The cost of embroidery is included for one location and up to 8,000 stitches. If we do not have your logo or design there is a one time set up fee. Screen Printing can include up to six colors in multiple locations.
Delivery Time?
Delivery time varies from 3-9 weeks and pricing reflects each delivery window. Artwork scheduling and approval usually determines production date and quote. Express deliveries can be arranged at a slightly higher cost per piece.
Proof before production?
We always have you approve all designs. Unless you need a hard copy we will put the artwork on the web and provide you a link to the artwork. You are able to approve the artwork online. Actual Product Samples have a cost of $50 and waved on orders greater than 1,000.
Sending my logo/design?
You can email all artwork to us or send to our office. We accept eps, tif, jpg, pdf
Thread & ink colors?
We stock the most common thread. We will match the thread as close as we can to your design. Ink can be matched to pms colors

Reorders?
We keep all artwork and designs on file. If there are any changes you will be required to approve artwork before production can begin.
More than one location?
Products can be decorated in several locations.
Set up fees?
If we do not have your logo or design, there is a one time set up fee of $60. Waved on orders of 1,000 or more.

50% of Order Due at Quotation Approval
